Stand Up Paddling and Yoga
The perfect combination to unwind, relax and enjoy!
You start with a short intro to stand up paddling before paddling together with your instructor to a beautiful, remote location. Here the boards will be connected to a buoy to avoid drifting while your instructor guides you. Your SUP Yoga session will help you practice balance, stretch, and enjoy the natural surroundings. A variety of poses and modifications will be introduced for all levels and abilities to enjoy.
Bring your swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, t-shirt and plenty of drinking water. In addition we recommend water-shoes or similar for walking on the beach. (sand can get really hot)
