Activity description

You start with a short lesson about stand up paddling before paddling together with your instructor to a beautiful, remote location. Here the boards will be connected to a buoy to avoid drifting while your instructor guides you. Your SUP Yoga session will help you practice balance, stretch, and enjoy the natural surroundings. A variety of poses and modifications will be introduced for all levels and abilities to enjoy.
