Activity description
The SUP Bay Discovery begins on the beach with a short briefing on paddling techniques and safety. Afterward, you will get set up with a stable, high-quality board and head straight onto the water. Within a few moments, you’ll be gliding comfortably over the sea at a relaxed, easygoing pace.
Your guide will lead the group on a scenic paddle around the area, allowing you to admire the stunning coastline and crystal-clear waters of Stegna Bay. During the session, a short break is taken at a secluded spot to enjoy a refreshing swim, relax, and take photos before paddling back to the starting point.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, an experienced guide leads the activity, and a support boat is on standby in case of any difficulties.

Meeting point
The session starts at our beachside location in Stegna, where your instructor will welcome you and begin the activity.
Stegna is a charming village, and many guests take the chance to explore the village, enjoy the views, or relax at a local taverna before or after paddling.
Know before you go
- Participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
- Some participants may face more difficulty than others in maintaining their balance. Nevertheless, it’s completely acceptable to sit and paddle, like a kayak.
- Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
- While we recommend a minimum age of 8 for this activity, younger children who can confidently swim on their own are welcome to join their parent on the same board, at no additional cost. Please indicate this in the ‘special requirements’ during the booking process.
- In case of unsuitable weather conditions or if the minimum amount of participants has not been met, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund.
